Downloadable Resources

This was an excellent exercise for me to undertake....primarily because I was, for the most part, in the dark about the downloadable resources that our library system offers. I was able to download a book but it was challenging. I now feel much more competent in terms of how I'd answer a patron's question about these resources. My only question is if patrons DO know about these resources. I've never been approached about them and imagine that only the most saavy patrons take advantage of them. Something to think about in terms of marketing at our library...
